Heating large warehouses and production halls

The hall is 10 metres high, but people only work in the bottom two.
That's the core challenge of heating large warehouses and production halls.
Warm air collects under the roof, while cold air flows in at floor level through open dock doors, straight into the goods-in and dispatch area. Adding more kilowatts won't change much here. What you need is to keep the heat where it's actually needed.
In logistics and production halls, we do this with three units.
- MIX destratifiers push warm air from under the roof back down.
- GUARD PRO air curtains seal the doorway with an air stream reaching up to 9 m, and with a door limit switch they only run while the door is open.
- HEATER CONDENS unit heaters quickly warm the hall after a night or weekend shutdown, directing heat down into the zone where people work.
All of them are controlled from a single app, with optional BMS integration.
