Half a year down, time for new goals

Our company meeting is a wrap. The whole team in one room, phones down, emails on hold. 

We started by looking back. We reviewed the past few quarters: what worked, what turned out differently than we'd expected, and what that means for the future.

Then it was time to look ahead. We talked about new directions, where we want to be a year from now, and concrete goals for the coming months. Some ideas are still taking shape; others already have owners and deadlines.

One takeaway will stay with us for a long time: our goal is to keep raising the quality of our products and to strengthen our position as the leader. Soon we'll surprise the market and show you what we mean when we say "We are number 1 in Europe."
