Did you know that many HVAC units still use classic resistive heaters with a standard operating temperature as high as 250°C? In the event of a fan failure or lack of airflow, this temperature can rise up to 400°C. This poses a real risk of overheating the housing and structural components.

Choosing the right heating system is not just a matter of efficiency, but above all, the safety of your facility and the people you invite into it. That is why in our air curtains (GUARD, GUARD ONE, and GUARD PRO series), we have moved away from outdated solutions.

We use modern PTC (Positive Temperature Coefficient) heating elements that guarantee:

✔️ Faster and more efficient heat exchange (thanks to a large air contact surface area).

✔️ Significantly lower operating temperature of only approx. 115°C.

✔️ Full self-regulation and safety. In the event of airflow failure, the PTC element automatically reduces power consumption, eliminating the risk of overheating.

✔️ Half the cool-down time.

Although PTC technology involves a slightly higher initial cost, for us, reliability, energy efficiency, and user safety are priceless. Our advantage is uncompromising quality.
